Access to the Supplier 4 Buyer website is provided on a temporary basis. We aim to regularly update our site and make necessary changes, including modifications to product details and pricing.
If required, we may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate information on our website. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the current terms and conditions.
Purchase and Payment
By making a purchase on the Supplier 4 Buyer website, you confirm that the bank account or credit/debit card details used belong to you, or that you have been expressly authorized by the owner/account holder to use them.
All credit/debit card payments are subject to authorization and verification by the card issuer. If the payment authorization is declined, Web Media Solutions shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All transactions are securely processed through a certified online payment gateway, which encrypts card details to ensure a safe and secure payment environment.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must notify us within seven (7) working days after payment. After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and Web Media Solutions shall not be liable for any loss arising from delayed cancellation.
You may call us or write to us via email with your Order Number to request a cancellation.
Please note that bespoke or customized orders are not eligible for cancellation, replacement, or return — unless the item arrives damaged. In such cases, our Customer Care team must be informed immediately upon delivery along with images of the product.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Products must be returned within seven (7) days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original tags and packaging.
If you return an order, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds or replacements will be provided only for damaged or incorrect products.
Web Media Solutions reserves the right to either replace or refund the product depending on availability.
Refunds for payments made via credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet will be processed back to the source account within 7–10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
We offer a pickup service in most areas. If self-shipping is required, shipping reimbursement will be provided as per our Return Policy.
Customers repeatedly violating our return policy may be charged a ₹60 delivery fee on all subsequent orders, irrespective of order value.
Defective or Damaged Goods
All deliveries must be opened and inspected in the presence of the courier delivery person to ensure that the goods are intact and untampered.
If you fail to verify the package at the time of delivery and later discover damage or tampering, Web Media Solutions cannot claim compensation from the courier company on your behalf.
In such cases, you agree to release us from liability and accept responsibility for any resulting issues.
