Return & Refund Policy
Web Media Solutions offers an easy 7-day return policy to our customers.
Please note – We provide both Coupon Refund and Monetary Refund options.
Kindly ensure you take an unboxing video of the package before opening it.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the purchased product received from Web Media Solutions, or in the event that there are defects or deficiencies in the product (attributable to, and accepted by Web Media Solutions after due verification), he/she/they may initiate a request for returning the product by sending us an email at support@supplier4buyer.com.
The customer must initiate such a request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours of receiving your email.
Mandatory Criteria for Return
A quality check will be performed once the returned product is received by our quality team. The return will only be accepted if all the following conditions are met:

The items must be unused and unwashed.

The package must include the original invoice, packaging, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.

There should be no scratches, deformities, or damage on the surface.

Embellishments, patterns, or finishes on the product must be intact.

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@supplier4buyer.com.
Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense. No refund or coupon will be issued in such cases.
Product Return Process
STEP 1:
Once you decide to return the product, immediately send an email to support@supplier4buyer.com with your Order Number, Product details/SKU code, and reason for return. Please note that all return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
STEP 2:
Our Customer Care team will respond within 24–48 hours and arrange a reverse pickup for your order.
STEP 3:
Please ensure that you pack the return product securely (preferably in the original Web Media Solutions box or other strong packaging with sealed tapes) to prevent damage during transit.
Products received damaged in transit will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
If a return is received without the packaging box, ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
STEP 4:
Hand over the parcel to our pickup agent.
Returned parcels generally take 7–10 days to reach our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
Once received, our quality team will perform a detailed inspection. If the product meets all return criteria, your refund will be initiated within 24–48 working hours.
You will receive an email with a Coupon Code equivalent to your product value.
If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may send the product via any courier service or India Post to our warehouse address. Please ensure the parcel reaches us safely.
We will not be responsible for damage during transit.
In such cases, please email the tracking details to us — an additional ₹50 will be added to your coupon refund as a shipping reimbursement (not on actuals).
Please note that the complete return process — from the time we receive your email to you receiving the coupon code / exchange / monetary refund — may take around 10–15 days, while replacement orders are typically processed within 7–15 days.
Monetary Refund Policy
In case of a monetary refund, a small deduction will be made depending on the order value, towards reverse logistics charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Product Evaluation & Refund
STEP 1:
Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed by our team. The product must meet all return criteria to qualify for a refund.
STEP 2:
If approved, we will issue either a Coupon Code, exchange, or monetary refund.
Please note that forward shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
If the returned products fail to meet our quality standards or are received used, defective, or empty, no refund will be processed. The items will be sent back to the customer.
The Coupon Code will be emailed within 48 hours after QC approval.
Redeeming Your Coupon

A refund coupon is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

The coupon can be used for a cart value equal to or greater than its value.

It cannot be split, transferred, or combined with other coupons.

A single item can only be refunded up to three times through a coupon.

Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be partially redeemed.
