Shipping & Delivery Policy
We at Web Media Solutions value our customers’ time and money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased products in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics and courier companies.
Delivery Timeline:
While the delivery timeline will depend upon the customer’s delivery address, a good range to keep in mind would be 3–6 days. For metros and Tier 1 cities, delivery usually takes 3–4 working days, while for Tier 2, Tier 3 cities, and rural areas, it may take 5–6 working days.
Shipping Fee in India:
Free shipping on cart value of ₹500 or above. A flat ₹50 shipping fee will be charged if the cart value is less than ₹500. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
The entire order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled within 24 hours, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location.
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or email us at support@supplier4buyer.com mentioning your order number. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is arranged at the earliest.
Cancellation Policy
Web Media Solutions reserves the right to cancel any order without prior explanation, based on circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation or applicable refund is made within a reasonable time.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order after confirmation, they should email us at support@supplier4buyer.com stating the Order Number.
Cash On Delivery Policy
As per the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) policy:

To avail of the C-O-D service, all items in the cart must be eligible for C-O-D.

The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery must fall within the serviceable area. If not, another online payment mode must be used.

You cannot open the package before making payment at the time of delivery.
